Know What to Expect Before You Say Yes.
- Review the program, format, schedule, cost, and participation expectations before committing.
- Share accessibility or accommodation needs so reasonable arrangements can be discussed.
- Bring questions. You do not have to arrive with your story perfectly organized.
- Participate at your own pace. Personal disclosure is never treated as a requirement for belonging.
- Leave with a clearer understanding of the next step, resource, or support pathway available to you.
Come as you are.You do not have to perform strength here.
The goal is not to arrive perfect. The goal is to begin with honesty, dignity, and a next step you can actually use.

Programs, workshops, private program support, and peer experiences are educational and supportive. They are not substitutes for licensed clinical, medical, legal, or emergency services.

Participants are treated with dignity and are not pressured to disclose personal experiences beyond what they choose to share.
Accessibility
Accommodation requests related to mobility, communication, sensory needs, technology, transportation, caregiving, and other access needs are welcomed.
Referrals When Needed
When a need falls outside program scope, the appropriate next step is connection to qualified community or professional resources.

Is Rooted & Rising therapy?
No. Rooted & Rising offers structured programs, guided reflection, peer support, community experiences, eligible private program support, and resource connection. These services do not replace licensed therapy, medical treatment, diagnosis, or crisis care.
Will I have to tell my whole story?
No. You decide what you share. The goal is respectful support and practical growth, not forced disclosure.
Can I understand the cost before joining?
Yes. Program pages explain the cost model and scheduling process, and paid services disclose the applicable fee before confirmation or checkout.
How are testimonials handled?
Only testimonials that have been provided and approved for public use are published. Rooted & Rising does not use fabricated reviews or anonymous praise presented as verified client experience.
How are partners and credentials displayed?
Only confirmed organizations, memberships, certifications, training, awards, and media appearances are shown publicly. Verification comes before promotion.
