Nyallah Bey is the founder of Rooted & Rising, a healing and empowerment community created to help people move from surviving to becoming.
Rooted & Rising was born from the belief that many people do not need more pressure — they need a safe space to be honest, heal, and remember who they are.
Through healing circles, coaching, workshops, daily encouragement, and community conversations, Nyallah helps individuals release old masks, rebuild confidence, and walk boldly in purpose.
